Since updating to version 61, five computers I work on stop responding at startup and when opening new tabs.
Since i received the update to version 61, Firefox has been hanging. When I start it or open a new tab, it locks up and if I click anywhere on it I get the "Not Responding" message in the title bar. I.E. works fine, though I can't stand it. I work on five vastly different computers and they all have this same issue after the update.
Also, when viewing videos, be it on youtube or my friends college website, the browser will crash randomly.
I have tried refreshing Firefox and even re-installing it. Nothing has changed. All the computers are fully up-to-date and otherwise run perfectly.

Do all of those five computers run the same security software, by chance? FF sometimes does not play nice with those. (And I don't really care whether someone claims 'that can't happen' - yes it can. Saying a program is a different level or some such buzzword nonsense does not make it true.)
I might give a look at the graphics and performance settings too, the new versions of FF seem to be really bad at picking the best settings for the PC on their own - specifically FF seems to think computers are a lot faster and more powerful than they really are.
