Hi,

Just set up a new PC at work and Firefox is not syncing correctly. 2 extensions sync but not theme, some other settings like how I have setup my homepage (top sites, toolbar density etc.) haven't synced. Bookmarks and history have synced

Sync was still working fine across home pc, old work pc and android phone - just not on new work pc.

I have tried disconnecting all devices, reinstalled firefox and just logging in on the work pc, I can access firefox account information and tried verifying place database ( https://paste.ee/p/ziOfN )

Is it possible to copy a file from one PC to the other that will carry across the settings?

I saw this: https://paste.ee/p/bYpSN#s=0&l=729 I think that this may mean that preferences are disabled on another actively syncing device. Please check that the checked settings on all devices are the same. (It is all or nothing, it is not specific to a particular device)
