I performed a windows reset on my PC and lost my Thuderbird email adress book and calendar data, how can I get it back?
I recently reset my PC Windows 10 home version and had to download Thunderbird again and now have lost my Thunderbird adress book and calendar data. How can I restore it? Thank you so much for your help

Load them from the backup you hopefully made before resetting your computer. Both those items are stored on your local drive and you wiped that out.
If your lucky Windows created a file called Windows Old and they might be there.
To expand on that last point, do you have this folder:
C:\Windows.old
If you tell Windows to keep your data, it may create that temporary folder (removed after 28 days).
To explore the folder, you'll need to set Windows to display hidden files and folders. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
Then click through:
C:\Windows.old\Users\your-user-name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird
Do you find that folder, with a "Profiles" folder inside?
