Sometime within the last 3 or 4 days, the search in Pinterest using Firefox ESR 52.5.0 on a MAC stopped working. When I try to click in the search bar, it never changes to a text cursor - just stays as a hand. Buttons seem to work ok, just cannot type anything in search.

Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

52.5.0 ESR is secure. It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance

Pkshadow- I have a Mac. So I did delete and reinstall Firefox ear from my company website. (Same problem) But since I don’t have c:program files on a Mac I’m not sure if there are other “straggler” files that need to be deleted.

So now you mention it is a Company Website. Can you explain what you mean by a Company Website ? Do you mean Company server ?

The more information that is given to begin with helps determine if get a right answer or off the wall answer and multiple messages digging out info from you so please share as much as possible.

I do say that a Refresh would solve this but yes would have to do it on the company site. Are there other computers that are affected like this on the server ?
