Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

We are not here to solve your problems that is the job of mozilla. Be professional and don't put out software and updates til you have thoroughly tested them. Firefox has mostly been ok until the past year, now it is utter crap. you know what the faults are as many users have already reported them. So why you are acting surprised with me is mind boggling. firefox was the top browser to use, now it is 3rd rate quality. So be professional, give us results not excuses.
