The newer versions of firefox seems to have trouble with D2l, our content management system at the school where I work. Online classes are conducrted through that system and firefox stalls at one or two commands or navigations in D2l, the fact that it works temporarilly suggest oerhaps a java script implementation problem somewhere....someone may have written some code in either application that is not being error handled well. Thus the stall, Also noticed a similar stall in youtube when the yiutube pages are loading banner ads. I think here, youtbe is allowing dealers to load heftier video ads prior to watching videos and that is lagging or stalling the load of pages....likely that will degrade userexperience a bit....any suggestions or workarounds, do not want tohave to use safari every time I use D2L ....that is a real slow down on productivity ...thank you

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
