win7 mouse right click -> how do I make a "new firefox window" a Minimized window?

more options

Win 7 (64) FireFox not default as cannot automatically get past firewall.

Use it as best there is but above is annoying, opens Window on top of current window AND with focus now set to new Window. Don't want "Tab" but do want best "minimized"; acceptable "not has focus" -> new Firefox Window.

Can't find shortcut or option to do this?

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to do that without third party add-ons. When you open a brand new window, by default it focuses on it, because usually, people use it immediately. Why do you need to start a new window minimized? Maybe I can help you with that question.

3rd party add on would do! I need windows open that are priority, other things I will look at latter I want minimized to look at if I have time already have tonnes of stuff in Pocket & don't want to book mark something that turns out to be useless.

I don't know whether any add-ons have this feature. You could search here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/extensions/
