Why do we have to do anything to have all the tool bar contents visible all the time.?
Each time I want to find the status of toolbar item it has disappeared and I cannot find it. Why do you permit such time wasting stupidity. I would use another browser if it was stable. Yours now isn't? Cheers mark

Please explain the problem in detail.
I thought I had just told you about the way the text just disappears from the top 2 tool bars on the screen randomly.
I see you have had hundreds of complaints why do you not fix it?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
