Have webpage open but if I select page 2 via the tab displayed the page appear to load and then reboot but shows the same original page, doesnt matter whether I select page 2 or 16 or even if I select another open page to switch screens it wont allow, liekwise if I 'right click on the slection and try to open in new window same result. This problem only started in the last 2 weeks, I use the web page in question everyday. I rang the web site help line and they suggested I try Google Chrome as my browser then see if the same problem occurs but I havent tried this yet

Please provide a hyperlink for the page where that happens.

Thanks for the reply....please see below as requested.

there are various hyperlinks but here are 2 for example, on either page there is tabs at the bottom with page numbers or across the top there are tab boxes which allow you to change the screen. (i.e. if I'm on the 1st hyperlink listed above then I should be able to click the cursor on the tab box with total bets - 2nd hyperlink listed and it will switch screens, the page number tabs allow me to view each page under the sub header so there maybe 10 pages for pending bets or 15 pages for total bets, currently I can only get to page one and to switch sub titles I need to log off then log back on.

Hope that makes sense

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
