I downloaded a new copy of thunderbird and now drag an email and dropping it into a specific folder is not working? Is there a fix for this? Thanks!
When hold down the mouse button to select an email to drop into a folder, it wont move at all.

I am trying to move a folder from my main inbox to a folder I have for emailed receipts for internet purchases.
Perhaps I am being to semantic, but you can not and as far as I know never have been able to move folders, only their contents.
That is in the IMAP world, in local folders you should be able to drag folders.

Sorry I mean I was trying to move an email in my main inbox folder to another folder in my inbox I have set up for emails I receive about online purchases.
Okay so I don't know what changed but now I am able to do so! I don't know if my computer just needed restarting or what but it is finally working!
