Could you be a little bit more specific, please;   like:  who is asking you to sign in where and what page are you on when this happens  ?
And indeed:   your system details say   Windows XP;  when did you upgrade to Windows 10   ?

Your useragent in More Syetem details on right of your post as NT 5.1 is Windows XP. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; WOW64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

Two possibilities:

The useragent was changed perhaps. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

Or for some reason Firefox was set to start in Windows XP compatibility mode. Make sure Firefox is completely closed first. Right-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab, then check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP" then click on Apply and then start Firefox.

You can see what your useragent is in Firefox by typing in about: or about:support in the Location (address) bar. These about urls and others for the version are listed in about:about
