Firefox crashes on startup
Hi Firefox team. Firefox 48.0 was working on Mac OSX 10.8. . Suddenly Youtube Videos were not playing anymore. Just a blank black screen. Updated flash etc. Nothing changed. Tried fresh reinstall but firefox crashed .right after starting it Not even able to start in Safe mode as crash appears before that. Tried also deleting profile folders in Application Support/Firefox but to no effect.

The crash reports Firefox v47.0
Signature: libstdc++.6.dylib@0x861

Yes. Thats correct. I tried it with reinstalling v48.0 before. That didn´t work. So i tried v47.0 which gave me the same error.
I don't know Mac's well. I've called for more help.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Safe Mode Dialog only appears for half a second then it crashes immediately.
Please post all crashes for the last few days.
If you can't get Firefox to open, you will have to do this the hard way.

Those crashes are the same.
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
