I have moved and cancelled former email address. I do not know my current password. I have been using Firefox for years and have never had to sign in until trying to Sync. I have recently updated. Now I can not receive a new password as my current email is not recognized. How do I get a new or updated account?

You can't change the email address used for Sync. If possible then you can delete the Firefox account with the wrong email address and create a new account with the correct email address.
