Mozilla does not have the resources to do a call center with one on one phone, chat, or email for Firefox and their other products and projects, especially since it would be for free. They also do not have a outside call center doing such support.

Hopefully you were not charged by this unnamed third-party support service that you thought was a part of or working with Mozilla.

Sorry, but Mozilla doesn't provide support via "mail" (neither "snail-mail nor "email) and there is no "service center".

I do acknowledge that you are frustrated, but I need to point out that when you want support for Firefox all you need to do is to open Help in Firefox and use the Firefox Help menu item to be taken to the opening page for this support fora.
