This opens a general page listing nine tiles showing possible categories of a problem, plus the Search box. I type the word "Pocket" into the search field which opens another page listing 40 results. I click on the first item and read this information. Having finished this item, I click on the "Back" button hoping to return to the list so as to read the next item but -- the initial tiled view and Search box are presented instead. To continue my search, I must again enter the word "Pocket", again generate the list of 40 items and then click on the second to read this. If one is trying to study a problem in depth (by reading several items) the way that the "Help system" operates generates considerable frustration. In short -- "Help" in Firefox is a crude Kludge, unworthy of an otherwise very good browser. In the traffic on this question, it was suggested that the pages are not being properly cached, (which seems fairly obvious) so I think (?) that the problem should be fairly easy to rectify.
