I'd like to install a plugin/extension for a mandatory work program but firefox will not allow it. How can I make this work?

Kuphostiwe

I am trying to connect to an online server (Manteo), for which I need to login via my web browser. Upon logging in, when I try to connect to the server, Firefox prevents the mandatory plugins/extensions from installing, therefore making me unable to get any work done. I'd like to override this automatic response from my firefox browser. How do I go about addressing this issue?

What message are you receiving when Firefox blocks the installation of that add-on?

Maybe this is what the issue is? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/add-on-signing-in-firefox
