Hi guys,

I've tried everything - opening in safe mode, updating/disabling certain plug ins, updating firefox, updating my computer, disabling flash. Crashes happen every couple of days at the most random times.

Here's a couple of the last crash reports:

I'd also like to know how to decode these reports so I can know in the future what the problem is!

Decoding is not the problem. understanding the report is.

For some time now, a lot of Mac’s with Microsoft programs have been crashing. Check with Microsoft / Mac support sites.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
