How do I copy addresses from a bcc list in a sent email?
I want to save the addresses to which I sent the email, but I am unable to copy the from the sent email - pretty sure there is way, but I do not know how it works on Thunderbird - HELP - please!

You can copy anything from a saved message if you view its source. ctrl+u will do this.
You will have to do some tidying up.
You may find if you select a message and right-click it, there is an option for "copy to clipboard" with the options "message" and "headers" - so this might be slightly faster option than ctrl+u.
Alternatively, these two add-ons:

…both provide utilities for extracting addresses from messages.
