I want to know how to bring back the URL Bar to work like it was on version 42 of Firefox, and remove, like in this case on the screenshot so it's doesn't suggest me to search for "sh" but just shows me as first result on the dropdown the "real" link I'm interest on, that in version 43 now it shows 2nd place.

That's a new feature in Firefox 43. To turn it off do this:

  1. Go to about:config in Firefox
  2. Click the I'll be careful button
  3. Locate the browser.urlbar.unifiedcomplete boolean
  4. Change the value to false

Note: You may need to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect.

Hi, please see - Change your default search settings in Firefox, and untick/uncheck 'Show search suggestions in location bar results' - sorry, the article hasn't been updated, but you should see the option on your PC!
