I've set up 2 dating site accounts but now can not do anything on them. I really only want to be able to use POF(plenty of fish). Why wont mozilla allow it?

Hi Davis

So sorry about this. At the moment, I do not have an answer of why you are not able to use POF but i do believe the following addon will be helpful for you with this issue : SnapLinksPlus

In addition to this, you may want to look at your sessions and cookies settings for this particular sites : Fix login issues on websites that require a username and password

Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks for reaching out.

What's the problem in the first place? Please provide more details about

  • what you're doing
  • what happens
  • what you expect to happen

Note that your system details list doesn't show that the Shockwave Flash plugin is installed and enabled.

  • Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins

You can find links of the latest Shockwave Flash player for Firefox on this page:

You can verify on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page that the Flash plugin is working and which version you have.

You can get a possibly colored Lego block icon on the left end of the location bar that indicates that Firefox is blocking a plugin.
