How do I update my unknown plugins ?
Please can someone tell me how to update an unknown plugin, I have 6 and all it says next to it is research. I am clueless as to know what to do as when I click research I am left with pages of options and don't know what to click. I am trying to update these unknown plugins because I have spent months trying to fix Mozilla freezing when scrolling down a page. I have even gone so far as to pay a computer technician to fix it, but even he didn't know what the problem was and gave up in the end. I have refreshed Mozilla losing all my bookmarks in the process and disabled my plugins but neither has worked, so if anyone out there can help I would most appreciate it. Thank you.

Unfortunately we don't know what the plugins are unless you tell us.
I don't think that is causing your freezing however, but there are some things we can do here to see if it helps:
- Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
- Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware
Run through the steps in these articles, and let me know if you still have trouble.
