Earlier this week I had the same issue but it sorted itself out. Or so I thought. It's been like this for the past two days. WW Trends are also stretching out at the bottom of individual tweet pages and distorting the page. Anyone have any tips? I'd greatly appreciate them.

I've noticed that if you upload an image to a DM conversation and don't type anything before clicking "Send Message", the message will glitch and the image won't appear on the sender's or the recipients' screens. Is this what's happening to you?

I can see pics that I send, I just can't see pics that someone else sends. Let me ask them to send me one without typing anything and one with typing something, and I'll let you know what happens.

They sent my a pic with words below it (which I could see) and one without words (which I couldn't see). I guess that's the problem, but I don't understand why all of the sudden it stopped working. It's been fine up until a few days ago.

If I could just figure out why the trends are stretching out at the bottom of the page, I can live with the pictures in DM problem. Any ideas on the trends issue?

Thanks so much!  :)

Twitter looks different on my screen. Go to your feed and take a screenshot there, please. What my Twitter feed looks like is attached to this post. It looks completely different. Are you using the mobile version of Twitter? (mobile.twitter.com)

I'm using a laptop, so no mobile.

Mine looks like this:

But the trends stretching out is when I open a tweet. You know, where you click on the time/date of the tweet and it pulls up the tweet itself? At the bottom of that page is where it's stringing the trends out.

The trends stretch out for me, too, so that's a bug with Twitter.

The DM image problem is also a Twitter glitch, then. I suppose that we could either deal with these problems or report them to Twitter so they can fix them.

On second thought, the trends stretching out is a problem with Twitter that only happens on Firefox. In Internet Explorer, the trends display within the box.

They display right in Chrome, too. So it's has to be a Firefox thing. At least I'm not the only one having these problems.  :\

Trends stuff is fine here but a DM with an image and no text shows no image here. More of a poor coding design on Twitter IMO.

TweetDeck displays DMs they are fine.
