Hello, go from 3-bar menu > Options > Advanced panel > Update tab > Firefox updates > choose the Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them > OK > exit firefox and restart it.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
