Cant see anything when trying to change options from the menu bar

I must be doing something funny but its quite annoying because iam not able to modify any of the options (secutiry/advanced etc) as i dont see anything. Refer to my screenshot. That explains it all.

Can someone please advise?

The Ghostery extension has been reported to cause this issue.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Thanks, indeed when i start in safe mode i do see the options.

However im on Default theme and not sure how to get options work by starting normally. Or Are you suggesting me to disable Ghostery?

Yes, this is an issue caused by Ghostery and you need to disable this extension until its creator release an update that addresses this issue.
