Where do i find the firefox window after it is installed on windows 8.1, in order to customize?
When I click on fiorefox it takes me directly to Bing. It does not have a window for changing this, nor customize to anything else. No home page, options, etc. My system is windows 8.1 64 bit.

If you do not see an address bar, toolbar buttons, etc., Firefox might be in its full screen view. The F11 function key switches between normal and full screen views.
On the toolbar, look for the main application button on the right side, which features a stack of 3 horizontal bars. From there you can click into Options and check your home page setting. More on that here: Startup, home page, tabs, and download settings.
Also, you may want to start Firefox from the desktop side of Windows instead of a tile on the start screen if you did that the first time. Firefox does not have a "modern" interface for Windows 8+.
