Oops, forgot you were on Firefox 25.
The Recovery Key should appear in the Password Manager next to chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Encryption Passphrase)
Please note that Sync for Firefox 28 and earlier versions won't be available for much longer, it is being phased out as of the release of Firefox 34 (Oct 14) or slightly thereafter.

Use Sign in to Sync in the Open menu panel (3-bar button) or use Set Up Sync in the Tools menu, using the same email address and password that you used before. Those should be stored in the Passwords Manager - [Tools > ] Options -> Security -> Passwords --> Saved Passwords = Show Passwords
i dont forget my password, to recovery its want "recovery key" i dont know my recovery key, i want this recovery key, how i can get this key?????

my previous problem has been solved, now i want to know that i'm using beta 26, there have no recovery key, so if i disconnect my sync then how i'll connect it again with the same email...........?
