When I try to use Thunderbird to connect to my Outlook account, I receive this error message: "User is authenticated but not connected."
In the past, I have not had any problems connecting to Outlook. This problem started today. After the error message, Thunderbird instantly deletes my inbox and all of its contents from my hard drive.
I have double-checked my password and it is correct. Please help. Thanks.
