Why did two of my bookmarks lose their url info and are no longer clickable/deletable?

I have hundreds of bookmarks and two of them lost all their info all of a sudden. I click one, it doesn't go anywhere. I right click it, I get a menu that has these listed: Open, Open in a New Tab, Open all in tabs, open all in tabs (yes it repeats), open in a new window, cut, copy, paste, new bookmark, new separator, delete, forget about this site, delete bookmark. This menu is different than the menu for the working links.

Additionally, when I go to hover over the glitchy links, they dont have a url showing. I click to see their properties, there's absolutely no information about these links except their name. No URL or anything. I cant even delete or move them to another folder. What's causing this? Thank you for your time.

EDIT: Just in case someone else has this problem, I fixed it, although I still don't know why that happened. I exported my bookmarks as .json file. Just in case, I exported as html too. Then I applied the same json file to my bookmarks. This deleted everything I had in my bookmarks and replaced it with the bookmarks that were just deleted, sort of like a refresh. However, all the subfolders were gone. Thankfully I had the html version of my bookmarks, which I then added back to my bookmarks. I picked the subfolders that werent replaced with the json file, and placed them where they belonged and then deleted the duplicate folders. Now those phantom links are nowhere to be found. Everything works fine.
