Now when I do a Command N, a new browser window is opened, but I always get the same dozen or so tabs that open. This did not use to happen and I do not recall changing any settings.

I can close all those tabs, close the window, and when I open a new window again, that tabs are all back.

How can I make sure the Vertical Tabs sidebar stays visible in full screen mode?

It worked this way by default until the [154.0 release](https://www.firefox.com/en-US/firefox/154.0/releasenotes/#note-792047):

> Fixed the Vertical Tabs sidebar staying visible in full screen mode. It now hides along with the toolbars and reappears when the cursor moves to the edge of the screen.

Is there a config setting that re-enables the old behavior? I want the address bar to be hidden in full screen mode, but not the Vertical Tabs sidebar.
