Hi everyone,

I’m facing a strange issue with Firefox and need some help.

When I try to use Firefox normally, it sometimes opens but doesn’t load pages properly or gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve already checked my internet connection and it’s working fine in other browsers.

I also tried restarting Flixfox and clearing cache, but the issue still comes back randomly.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

The page pops up for a second first, then this happens. They worked yesterday. It happens the same in safe mode. opera works for those sites. Firefox hasn't changed. I log firefox's output, find no errors reported. I did upgrade a few packages yesterday: fontconfig, haveged, qt5, nodejs, which .

After the recent Firefox update to 151.0 I can no longer log into Facebook. The reCAPTCHA is now broken. I did a system restore to version 150.0.3 and it works fine. Something is broken and I don't want to restore all my computers and devices. Thank You.

Hi, My bank tries to open a new page to display certain info (after I'm logged in and have seen the main account page). The new page won't display and the error message tells me I need to update my browser. I updated last week, and there's nothing newer - I just checked the Firefox page to make sure. Called the bank, they just repeat that I need to update browser. Any ideas? I admit my Macbook is quite old, could that be causing a problem? Thank you.

Sites are now crashing because Firefox has "run out of disk space"

My most full drive is only 72% full and there are multiple other drives I could switch to with terabytes of spare storage. I also have plenty of indexes free, these are only 2% used.

But how? The solution page only offers advice for clearing cookies and data. I don't want to do that.

I have tried increasing dom.storage.default_cache and dom.storage.(I can't remember the exact syntax, but it was the site specific default cache), and I then tried killing and restarting chrome, but the issue persists and it means I can't run WhatsApp in my browser anymore, currently the only Linux WhatsApp solution.

It also affects multiple sites which struggle to load the css correctly, or crash altogether (the firefox help page and deepl.com)

Recently my system updated Firefox to version 149.0.2. It works great! However, it will not display my homepage which is yahoo.com. I can go to any other website and everything is normal. But when I click on the little house for "Homepage" it briefly displays and then goes blank.

This does not happen when I use a different browser.

Please advise.

Webgl has completly broken after last update for me. Forcing webgl in about config doesnt work and it doesnt work in troubleshoot mode either. Anything else i can try apart from reinstall from scratch as im worried about losing my history,saved account info and such. Or do i just need to do a full refresh and install? Thank you!

Hi, I’m testing a WordPress website in Firefox and noticed that some recent changes (like text or small layout updates) don’t appear immediately. The site is using Cloudflare CDN and caching, and even after refreshing or clearing cache, the older version sometimes still shows.

Could this be related to Firefox caching behavior? Is there anything specific I should check to make sure updates appear correctly?

I can access Chewy with Safari, but not with Firefox. So the problem is not with my Mac settings and the problem is not with Chewy, the problem is with Firefox. Please address and fix it.

with the last and now the most recent Facebook versions i ahve beem having problems with Facebook, now it may be Facebook but i have it more on Firefox even with extentions shut off i get i what is it please help

EOM, basically. I click on my home page icon (which is www.yahoo.com). Firefox executes that properly, but totally on its own, goes blank within 30 seconds. Does not happen when using Google Chrome. This started happening about 5-7 days ago.

I work at a small daily newspaper chain, and our website CMS is both archaic and homebrew. I only work with it sporadically, and Firefox is the best option for maintaining it.

This morning, I got the regular "Are you sure you want to delete this?" dialog box (pretty sure it's a Javascript call) with the additional check box of "Do you want (URL) to not prompt you for this any longer?" (or words to that effect).

I thought, "Great, one less click" and made that selection.

But now when I want to delete an item off the articles list, it doesn't delete at all.

I'm pretty browser-savvy, but I don't know how to re-enable that option. Any ideas?

I have just started getting Virus/Trogan messages from McAfee when brousing with Firefox. I have not installed McAfee so is this a blackmailing/SCAM by McAfee to get me to pay?. I only get these messages when using Firefox, It seems to be somthing that's got into Firefox! I don't, at the moment, have this annoyance on my Laptop.

Just recently when my main yahoo page comes up it goes blank within a few seconds. It's ok if I bring up Firefox in troubleshooting mode. I constantly have to refresh to get the page back.
