Well, there is a bug with your downloading files configurations that REALLY ANNOYS me, which is, i want to always select where to save my downloaded files, no problem with that, i just set all configurations to "always ask", but sometimes, especially for pdfs, i want to just open them, without the need to save them to my computer, so the only one i have set as "open with firefox" is the pdfs, and if i want to download them, i just do so by clicking the download button on the corner. BUT, with this configuration, if there is a button to download a pdf, without opening it previously, it will skip the "ask where to download" pop-up, which is a pain in the ass, as usually want my stuff in specific folders, not the general downloads one. And even iff i set pdfs to "always ask" and then chose to open with firefox, it will automatically download it (???????) to the downloads folder, and then open it from my pc, even tho it could open it from the file in the server, which is what i wanted. I just switched to firefox, please fix this awful feature and dont make me find another browser.

A client of ours has recently raised an issue with with us stating where right-click, Paste does not work when adding text to a new LinkedIn post

After investigating, we have been able to reproduce the same behavior on our devices.

However, from our testing, we can right click to past on comments, messages and searches just fine

This issue appears to have started after updating to Firefox version 151.0.0. I know this as i have tested this on my work laptop, appeared to work fine then stopped working after manually updating from 150.0.3 to 151.0.0.

Please let us know if there are any known issues, additional troubleshooting steps, or if further diagnostic information would help I have attached screenshots of the issue.

I have also tested this in the Google Chrome web browser and appears to be working correctly as also seen in the screenshots.

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

WHY IS THERE NO FACILITY TO ATTACH A SCREENSHOT ???? As a FF user, I need to show exactly where & how I've encountered a failure in FF, or if the failure has been caused by the website I'm seeking to access!

After my browser updated to the latest version of firefox I now get a white banner bar at the top of my browser that literally obscures everything at the top of any website I browse. you can scroll up and down in the white banner and apparently its an error message for the extensions not connecting. I only have adblocker extension and it was installed from the extensions provided in the mozilla store. How do I get rid of this as it makes most sites I visit unusable as you can't use any menu from that site. it seems like maybe its not connecting to the adblocker server and they'll probably update eventually but until that time I cant even sign in to google because its covered by a banner that would tell me that it cant connect to adblocker.pcvark.com? I've been a user since like 2005/6 and have never had any type of problems whatsoever so whatever help you can provide is appreciated.

I have now been prompted 10 times today to make firefox by default browser - it has been my default browser for years. Each time I go to windows settings to check - it does not show me that firefox is the default. I select default for firefox but still is doesn't follow the command. I did manage to get it to accept the default command ONCE today but when I rebooted the laptop it went back to prompting me to make it the default all over again - must be 10 times now. This is infuriating. Could this issue be due to a VPN I have (NORD)? Having said that, I have tried 8 times to set the default while NOT connected to the VPN. What can I do?

My version 151.0.2 (64-bit) must support built-in VPN but the VPN setup prompt is not found in the top-right corner of Firefox toolbar nor the VPN icon is found in the toolbar. How can I test built-in VPN?

I have no idea what happened!!!🤬 YouTube is normal on Internet Explorer(or WHATEVER it's called now!) But ALL OF A SUDDEN YESTERDAY I have to scroll all over the place on the page to find what I'm looking for in videos!! I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.

I believe I was hacked into. One minute I'm signed in the next minute after I leave a site I am being asked to sign back in again and again. This time someone is changing my sign in credentials.why??

Hello,

Following a recent update, Firefox automatically deleted all of my saved addresses and payment methods. I had multiple entries saved for both, and this issue has never occurred before.

When I attempted to autofill an address today, nothing appeared. Upon checking the Payments and Addresses settings, both sections were completely empty. I did not manually delete any of this data.

Could you please investigate this issue and provide an audit report or explanation as to what happened?
