As the question stated I have navigated to my mozilla profile folder, ( C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\pw1dnvcy.default-release ) but there is no file called persdict.dat. I have ensured all file name extensions are visible, & none are hidden in windows file explorer (Win 10). I am at al loss I cannot figure this out.

An individual website keeps defaulting to, and loading in, the German (https://de.website name here) language version. This has never, ever occurred previously. I have had no success in resetting the website back to the setting(s) which would have it load the page(s) in English, NOT German.

Some web sites such as Amazon have an options bars to select items like 'review order'. When the web page first comes up, they show white in the dark bar. But Firefox is immediately changing the white to purple so that it is almost impossible to read. I haven't been able to find anything in settings to correct this. I do not have this issue when I use Chrome.

Hello Team My name is Sergii and Im C# Automation engineer and working with desktop automation for Firefox (latest version, 139.0.4). I have noticed interesting issue when for some VDI's (Windows Server 2019 Standart, OS Build 17763.7009) Firefox doesn't have Desktop Automation ID, while for my Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines everything is visible (Please checks screenshots). Do you know how to fix this? I have tried to install browser through the same Firefox Installer.exe file but looks like server detecting another OS version and downloading some another file... Thanks!

I've had this issue for years, but it was always something I could live with. The Issue would only appear once every week or so. However, recently the issue seems basically happen on a daily basis.

After Firefox has been running for some time and there's a few other tabs open, The YouTube UI will periodically become completely unresponsive.

Just moving the cursor on top of Youtube will cause 100% + CPU in the Firefox task manager and the page is entirely unresponsive during that time (except video playback)...

This issue has persisted through reinstalls, new profiles and is also present without extensions.

firefox keeps knocking me out of certain web sites such as discovery netflix ,telling me to update to the latest version then restart it but no luck so far please help me ,as i still getting payed for the webpages but still can not watch because i need latestversion of firefox please help.

I took a look today and I had 237 MB in cookies! This was after clearing the cache of all files. I've only had this (new) machine a couple months.

Short version: Sites have "cookies" from 200kb to as much as 34MB! For many of the sites over 3MB I have no account and have visited them only briefly.

To be clear, I don't care about the space being used. It's trivial. But what the heck is FFox storing and calling it "cookies"? Last I checked, a site was still limited to 4K size cookies and perhaps 50 per domain. So how are we getting to MB+ sized "cookies" per site? Again, the cache was cleared, so what's left aside from trivial cookie files of <4KB?

I just update firefox but all my none of my bookmarks loaded. I share my computer with my husband. He has a different account on this same computer and his bookmarks are showing up on my side, but mine are nowhere to be found. Previously we have had separate bookmark lists and all was fine. I don't know where my bookmarks went.

How do I get them back and put on "my side" and still have my husband's on his side?

For the last few months I've been getting slow responses with online applications. When I switch to chrome, it all runs at a normal pace. Specifically with " The Customer Factor"

I lost a bookmark folder in my main computer. I did a sync and it did not appear. I opened an other older computer and it was still there. I did a sync and expected it to then show up in my main computer, it did not. I went back to the old one, there it had now disappeared. The help files say go to bookmarks, then to manage bookmarks, except I don't have "manage bookmarks", just a list of some recent bookmarks. When I do a " bookmark search" for something which was in the folder, it finds it, so the folder is still somewhere. How do I get it back? Why did sync fail and did not add it from the old computer?

Hello! I wanted to see if there was a way to have sent tabs be automatically opened on Firefox mobile. Searching "Automatically open sent tabs on Firefox mobile" gives help guides on syncing and not how to automatically open links sent through the feature.

Instead of having to open any number of notifications I would much prefer the tabs automatically populating the tabs browser. I currently send from PC/iOS-mobile to Android-mobile but will be switching to a second iOS-mobile device soon.
