For the last few days, Firefox is being removed from my computer overnight and i have to re-intall the browser the next morning. Sometimes it's still there the next day, and sometimes it's gone again the next day. What i causing this and how can i prevent it from being removed? Jenny

Despite having the setting "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" selected, CTRL-Tab has suddenly stopped cycling tabs in the most recently used order. Firefox behaves as if the setting is disabled. This is the third time I've experienced this issue in the past year, and every time the only solution that worked was to create a new profile. It is exhausting to get a new profile back to exactly how the old profile was, and it's something I shouldn't have to do.
Scenario: I am on Windows 11 (though I think this has also happened to me on Windows 10), currently using version 146.0.1 (though this has happened on previous versions). CTRL-Tab cycles in the most recently used order just fine for several months, then it suddenly doesn't—this happens in the middle of an active session, i.e., not after a restart of the browser nor the computer itself. I have four add-ons, none of which control tab cycling, nor have I added/removed any add-ons nor changed any of their settings since their initial installation many months ago.
What I've tried:

This is a horrible, unsustainable business model. business model.

I can reproduce my problems. I'm sure others can reproduce their problems. Nothing is done. NOT EVEN admitting there is a problem.
If I can't use YouTube on Firefox (I can't), then why am I using FF? It is one of the biggest sites on all of the internet. But FF apparently doesn't care if it doesn't work.

I've asked for help several times, but have had no responses. Everything appears in English in Firefox, as I would hope - except my bookmarks. I have tried all the settings, and all of the resets, and have even deleted the app and replaced it on my Macbook Pro. Nothing changes.

Still double fills the password -- which makes it impossible to log in. I am using FF Portable, and tried both the latest version and an older version. What could possibly be doing this?

When I bookmark a site and then have it in my "Recent Activity" on the homepage, how long will it stay there? They seem to disappear all too soon.

I have attempted to contact Mozilla technical support and their only response is to refer me to a forum, instead of providing actual technical support. I have reinstalled Firefox, I have created a new profile, I have cleared my browser history, emptied the cache, etc., yet this problem persists. How do I get actual, real Mozilla technical support from Mozilla for help with this issue, instead of being referred to a forum, or do I just not use your product due to lack of actual customer support? How do I contact an actual person at the Mozilla corporate offices about lack of real Mozilla customer support?
