I have updated Firefox from 115.16.1 to Firefox ESR because I use a Mac running OS 10.13.6. Is there a way, hopefully an easy way, to import all of the bookmarks and extensions I was previously using in 115.16.1 to ESR. Hope so. Thanks!

I have an account on a website I visit near-daily. Despite having both cookies for this website persist and the password supposedly saved, the last three times I've visited the website I've been logged out and the password is nowhere to be found. Having to switch between my password manager and browser is annoying beyond description.

(That's actually not true. I have quite a few choice descriptors for this program, but have chosen to omit them)

Cannot clear browsing history. Delete page does not work. Clear recent history does not work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I think it automatically imported everything which was not desirable in this case.

Do not have account or sync so it is not pulling from either of those places

There is a lot of sites I visit that I no longer have access to regardless they are HTTPS Makes no sense I'm old enough to know what I can and can't watch Now there is a site I want to use for making money and I am blocked from going to it for no reason I used to love to use Firefox as my preferred browser but it's pushing too far now

AI chatbot: Does the text I write and highlight in Firefox automatically get recorded even if the AI it is turned off?

I noticed that even if the AI is turned off, the check box for  "Show prompts on text select

Displays a shortcut to prompts when you select text. Firefox sends the text, page title, and prompt to the chatbot." is always checked and greyed out.

What gives Firefox folks of knowledge?

Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) no longer allows Firefox'. When I try to execute the login function on the PG&E.com website, it says Firefox browser not supported. I was told to use Chrome Mask, but I couldn't get this to work either. Maybe I don't know how to use Chrome Mask. Would somebody try to install Chrome Mask and log into pg&e.com, click on the login box and put in some fake username and password. Then tell me if they could make it work.

Firefox will not open after downloading your latest update. An error message comes on screen: The file directory is corrupted and unreadable. This is occurring on a windows11 pc. I can open other files thru the microsoft browser. I'd appreciate some help, thanks, Gary

Running Firefox on macOS Sequoia 15.0. Afternoon of Tuesday, 8 October, Firefox abruptly ceased loading any pages. I eventually learned of the malware incident and downloaded Firefox 131.0.2 last night and overwrote the existing file. It worked for a brief moment, then also ceased functioning. Have downloaded 131.0.2 several times now, with no further success. Currently dead in the water with Firefox, and stuck with Safari. :(

Wireless cursor just gone after this last update. Changed the battery and all the usual tap, blow on it, no luck. Purchased a new mouse from amazon and no improvement. I found an article to fix this but cannot find what they refer to or understand the names used. I am just there saying, the what? go were?

I have dealt with this tiny font problem before but did not retain the fix because I actually thought I had solved the problem once and for all.

BUT, I wake up this morning, having made no changes to this laptop overnight, only to discover that the fonts on my Firefox browser controls are tiny tiny tiny.

I expect Firefox/Mozilla to resolve this LONG-STANDING problem once and for all. I have made no changes to this browser in the last 24 hours. There were two MS updates that occurred overnight, but I doubt this affected the fonts on the Firefox application.

If there is a straightforward FF/Mozilla doc that addresses this problem (since it is recurring and well documented by others over the years), I would appreciate a link to this document. And if there is a known problem with certain MS updates I would appreciate knowing about this as well.

How do I keep the Menu bar on Firefox from disappearing? When I used Firefox the menu bar showing my tabs, website url, etc was always visible in full screen. Now it disappears when I scroll down and I have to bring it back with my mouse to keep it visible. Is there a way to feel it visible full time? I can't find it in the settings menu and I have never had this problem before.

I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

Does MacOS requires the version 131.0.2 Firefox update to address the recent zero-day active exploit?

The reason I ask is Tanium Deploy Software Gallery only includes updates to Windows Firefox versions to address this zero-day.

Dear Friends. Trust this finds you well. I have a AOL icon in the taskbar/Bookmarks that's below the browser enter window. When I sign in all is well and then sign out of AOL all is well. But, it takes me to a totally white blank page in the upper left corner it says "Edge: Not Found." As well in the upper right corner AOL offers Home and RALPH If I tick on HOME it brings me again to the totally white blank page in the upper left corner it says "Edge: Not Found." The address in the Browser is https://www.aol.com/ automatically. If I tick RALPH which opens a small box so that I can Sign out. Again though it show "Edge: Not Found." At that point the address in the Browser is https://www.aol.com/?ncid=crosssellusaolc00000003. I reinstalled Mozilla, cleared cookies, cache, etc. But, nothing seems to change this activity. I have Firefox as my desktop default browser. When I try to make on line pharmacy appointments, Firefox will not complete the process. I am forced to use Edge or Chrome. Could this be a Firefox problem or a Rite Aid problem? Thank you.

I have a valid account with the San Francisco Chronicle. When I log in using Firefox 131.0.2 (aarch64) on my Macbook Pro Apple M1 Max Sonoma 14.6.1 the Chronicle site doesn't appear. It works fine using other browsers, for example Safari.
