I've added my Firefox to a new computer and signed into my account. Cannot find my bookmarks. The only option I see is to import them from another browser (which does not have them). How can I retrieve them?

I share my Sync account across 1 Android + 3 desktop devices (Win 10 or 11). So far no problems. A few days ago all the devices started dropping out of Sync.

I would say this all started with the Android device (v.153), which seems to have logged out of the account on its own. After reconnecting it, all the desktop devices went nuts...

1) desktop machines will need to reconnect to Mozilla account every time FF is launched 2) about:logins is always empty, even after logging back in and completing a sync routine 3) even when it states "Account disconnected" - "Sync is off", they will still receive tabs sent from the Android device; they can't send tabs as they won't see the other devices. Also, even while disconnected, they were able to add a new bookmark to the account. So, account is not actually fully disconnected... only some parts of Sync are.

Another symptom. Account's Connected Services list is clean and up to date (see images). Account recognizes new logins as already known hardware and avoids doubling them. But in Sync there's a mess of instances... all new attempts are seen as a new device. Many of these are of course dead links, as the latest login overwrites previous ones.

This happened while desktops were updating to v.154, but I wouldn't say it's related to that, as two of those machines also run a different Mozilla account on a second profile, and so far that account is not misbehaving.

The Android device also got disconnected a few more times, but now it seems more stable than its siblings, and the passwords are still accessible (as as you can see in the pics, it's not showing as a doubled Sync device).

I didn't try signing off all devices because I'm worried I won't be able to get back in... anyway, manually signing off a single one didn't change anything.

It seems to me this is a server-side issue. Is there a way to "refresh" the account without losing all data? Thank you

Google Maps displays black map tiles in Firefox, while it works normally in other browsers. The issue persists after disabling extensions, testing Troubleshoot Mode, clearing the graphics cache, resetting graphics preferences, and testing a new Firefox profile. Firefox version: [version]. What happened to ChatGBT as an available tab on pages in Firefox? It was available on any page I selected and it disappeared in last 5 days. Who makes these changes? How can I be the only one who noticed?

I recently had an issue where I accidentally closed Firefox in such a manner that it did not save my Tab Groups... Should that be possible?

I am trying to recall the steps to cause this to happen. At the time I had two Firefox windows open: one with all of my usual tabs, and one with a single tab open. I believe the steps were as follows...

1. Closed Firefox window with all of my usual tabs open
2. Closed Firefox window with the one tab open
3. Opened Firefox, and the session with one tab open came up
4. Closed that session
5. Opened Firefox again, one tab open
6. Checked the 'List all Tabs' - Recent tab groups, Show All - This was blank

I assumed that Tab Groups would survive sessions being closed like that like how Bookmarks do, am I wrong in that?

my firefox auto updated to a new format, where all the text and bookmarks are forcibly spaced as if I were writing a double spaced essay. This has cut down the maximum number of displayed icons severely in book marks

when I get new tab I don't seem to be able to connect with web site I am asking for. In addition right click not dot get the menu of command. I just updated with 154.0

On some sites the popup to change cookie settings is not opening properly I have tried disabling all extensions or browser guards like malwarebytes but stiil not working. Everything works using a different browser.

Free VPN worked for several months..now cannot open it...keeps going in a circle when I try. Many other people are having the same problem...see your list. Please help us.

I noticed this for the past 2 firefox updates. So its been going for over a week. Using yahoo search engine and using context search, right clicking to highlight words for search results ends in a blank page randomly, if i get a search result then for example i choose images of the search, i end up with error server 500 while using firefox or the page results refuse to show more than one page of results clicking result page 2,3,4 etc wont register clicks. Only way to fix this is by closing firefox and running a new session. I also ran google search engine on firefox and works fine with highlight word, right click menu, word search. Tested the same procedure with opera on the same pages zero problems.

My start menu is multi-level and sorted. The latest Firefox (154.0) adds a NEW start menu entry for itself at the "programs" level when launched even though it is already entered at a sub-level. This is a NEW problem since earlier versions did not do this. How can I stop this since it confuses and messes up my start menu. OS - Windows 10 with current patches. Using "Classic Menu" to provide better support for multi-level menus.

Just since last few days, Firefox seems to think that I'm in NL, but I'm in UK. This doesn't happen in Chrome or Edge. My IP is also in UK. I'm not using a proxy or VPN. Suggestions to fix please.

Using Win 10. Desktop. Firefox is up to date. Problem happens even when all extensions disabled.

Every time I open Firefox it starts with a single blank page. This is fine, it is set to open new pages with a blank page but I also have have the [Open previous windows and tabs] ticked too and it never remembers.

Menu bar's [History] > [Restore Previous History] is greyed out.

Simultaneously, though not necessarily related, I am unable to pay for anything using my eBay balance.

As of Aug 23rd, Firefox no longer connects to the internet (not site-specific) with this message: Unable to Connect. All other browsers work with fast loads. FF has been incredibly slow loading pages for weeks now but it would eventually connect until today. It is not a network/firewall issue as I've checked to make sure all was set correctly. I have cleared cache, turned VPN off, refreshed app, uninstalled/reinstalled and nothing has changed.

If I find the same tomorrow, I will just have to stop using altogether and choose another default browser as there is no point in a browser that is slow and unreliable. It's a shame since I've been using FF for many, many years.
