For the past several days I have not been able to access articles or sign in at the New York Times using Firefox. I am not sure which if any settings I may need to change. Is there someone in Seattle I can reach?

I'm bi-and a half-lingual with ADD. For me the intrusive automatic translation popup is a nightmare.

I don't want to tell Firefox on a per language basis that I know that language, or on a per website basis that I don't want to translate that website. Please just make it stop! If I want a translation, then let me press a button to get a translation. Don't push it into my face!

This is an accessibility issue. I rely on adblocker to remove similar intrusive content from web sites so I can use the web, but now it's built into the browser itself. This causes unnecessary stress and makes the web less accessible.

Please add and easy to find option in the popup to stop it from ever appearing again, for ant language, on any website.

Hi - have been having an issue since 128 where I can't select items in certain menus in Firefox with the mouse. Each time I open Firefox, it works once. Subsequently, the focus in the menu is completely off from where I put my mouse, and I can't click anything. (I would upload a video, but there doesn't seem to be a way). An example of the behavior is: -hamburger menu open. Mouse is on 'Translate page', but focus is on 'save page as'.

• This happens with both the trackpad and the mouse.
• I don't experience this issue with other applications.
• I can navigate some of the menu options with the keyboard. For example, in the Bookmark menu I can select Save, but not Remove bookmark.
• I don't have any issue with the main nav bar (File, Edit, etc)

This applies to for example: Save bookmarks (cmd+d), Hamburger Menu, Update reminders, and the new Translation dialog (have attached screenshots of some affected items). I can't inspect them to see if they are all the same component that is causing the issue, because they disappear if you choose Inspect. (I'm unable to see a "Disable popup autohide" setting in my meatball menu, as described here). I also tried the steps listed [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../957538] here. Things I have tried:

• resetting PRAM/SMC just in case it's my machine
• disabling hardware acceleration
• starting in safe mode
• refreshing Firefox
• updating to the latest version (thrice)

Hi, I'm using Amd 7900X3d cpu without graphic card. İf I use without graphic card, firefox render like belowed image with corruption. İf I use dicrete nvidia graphic card firefox working correctly. Edge running working well in both cases.

I'm using amd 7600 cpu other pc everything working very well in without graphic card.

This latest version doesn't work properly, (unable to download videos), and i want to return to the earlier version but i don't remember what it was. How do i find out my previouse version? Only the supported mac versions are listed on the older versions download site. How can i access all firefox versions through 131,0? Today is 10-12-2023 and as of the last update to Firefox (118.0.2) external news links on posts in Facebook or Facebook messenger no longer work on WIN11pro64 computers as indicated through testing.

There is only an "I beam" indicator and frequently the posted news article links; and images do not appear when using Firefox (however they do appear on other browsers; no issues detected). As noted, this anomaly also applies to Facebook messenger external news links. Based on timing of this update 118.0.2 and the repeatability of the failure on various computers (with WIN11) and the absence of any other changes to all of the computers, all indicators are that this is not a Facebook issue and as nothing else on any of the computers has changed the 118.0.2 has an apparent issue. (In summary this effects every one of the 5 WIN11pro64 computers I have tested with the Firefox update, so far)... the only change to ALL OF THESE DEVICES was and is the Firefox update (118.0.2) .

In addition have tested Firefox and Facebook on 2 additional computers (WIN764pro) - to keep comparative balance; on 1 win7pro64 unit the Firefox app was not updated and on the other win7pro64 system it was updated to 118.0.2.

And after that round of testing the outcome was conclusive - the Facebook external news links work seamlessly and without issues (NO UPDATE TO FIREFOX ON ONE COMPUTER with WIN7pro64 and an UPDATED Firefox (118.0.2) with WIN7pro64 on the other)... both systems worked and the noted failure was not present.

These tests conclusively indicate to us internally that updating the WIN 11 units to 118.0.2 was a mistake.

Additionally for further comparison for this note - with Firefox update 118.0.2 Facebook external news links DO function on Opera and Chrome (for both WIN 7 and WIN11) all computers tested are the original 7 ... I have not tested other browsers for compatibility nor have I tested other computers, as the data seemed conclusive.

NOTE: If you are planning to respond please do not 'guess' (SWAG) at what you randomly speculate the issue(s) might be, as that would be an unproductive use of everyone's time... if you don’t have a proven solution you don’t have a solution, thank you.

If there is someone with knowledge of the 118.0.2 update that can offer an intelligent and proven solution please do so here...

but haphazard proposals of random unrelated experimentation without tested basis...or the concept of incorporating unproven suggestions such as maybe you should "change this" or "reinstall this" or "blah blah" when (I reiterate) the only changes to six (6) of these computers is the update 118.0.2 nothing else the seventh computer has an older version of Firefox and win 7 pro64. 118.0.2 functions correctly with win7pro64 and on Opera and Chrome browsers.

All intelligent proven workable input is appreciated because as of now Firefox for any and all of the WIN11 computers here Firefox has been removed from our approved list; as further failures are unknown.

I keep getting alerts that my computer is infected with viruses and to go to a site called antiplus.co.in to fix the problem... is that legitimate? McAfee does not find any viruses when I perform a scan....

I believe that someone has linked their phone to my phone number and also to my emails. We have the same phone and same service. I really want this other device off my account. Please and thank you 😊

Nothing unusual in Windows 11 or Firefox Settings. Clicking the padlock icon, I see that connections are secure, but when a mouse-down cursor carrying a URL or image moves beyond the browser, it changes into a red circle-slash icon that fails to deliver the link or image.

Works fine in Edge (but I don't). Fixes and suggestions most welcome.

I have been using Firefox successfully up until yesterday. I now get no response when clicking on the shortcut icon on my desktop. I have run the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter and get the result "Incompatible Program" and error code 0x80070483. I have Firefox 131.0.3.223 and Windows10.0 x64. How does a program become "Incompatible" and how does one fix it.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the latest version for Mac. Firefox appears as open in the Dock but when double clicking to open, there is no menu bar or windows. When I right click on Firefox app, I click on "New Window" but still nothing appears.

I'm unable to sign into Firefox and sync my bookmarks, history and extensions with Firefox. I just got a new PC and when I try to sign in I get a prompt asking me if I have Firefox mobile (i don't) so I say not now, and then I get a notice account disconnected. This never was a requirement in the past.
