Hello,

In the latest update I got it made everything into rounded corners. The Tabs and Settings windows as an example. How do I undo that?

I checked thoroughly in the appearance settings and dont see a way to do that. I specifically switched my entire world over to Firefox to get out of the rounded corner UI world only in time for this switch to happen. How do i undo it?

I've been trying to open Google Docs on Firefox Desktop for a few hours and none of my troubleshooting has worked thus far. I've cleared my browser history and cache, have updated Firefox, disabled all browser extensions one by one, updated my proxy settings, changed my TLS preferences, and even added Google Docs to my trusted sites list on my computer itself; none of this has worked. I've been able to open Google Docs on Google Chrome, so I know that it isn't a problem on Google's end. If there are any other possible solutions, any suggestions would be appreciated.

What version of Firefox actually allows you to add extensions? I'm running the most current version of Tumbleweed that ships with 144.0. Attempts to add extensions just sit there doing nothing until I close the tab. This sort of worked some time ago (I forget the version) but the inability of Firefox to allow add-ons/extensions is getting to be a joke. There are other browsers out there, ya know.

I have been using Firefox for a long time without any problem. An update was loaded onto my laptop and now when I try to sign on through my iPhone when I go to menu, there is no selection to sign in. And as a result, I am pretty much dead in the water.

Hi there I have the problem that my firefox can save any file or download on my other drives since they arent event show as an option. I did a little research and read that by default in linux for security reason was unable to, but asking in the official forum of my distro (cachyos), they can save thing in other drives with no problems.

So i wanted to know why i dont?, my firefox installation is native at installing the dristro and having all perimission but it cant see my drives except the one is installed to (and where my OS is).

The only thing different i actually do is the folder where my current user info is saved, i moved the files from my user but with the files i had from my old windows session to impor my saved sites, favorites, etc.

Can you help me to be able to save files or images on my other drives?, thank you for time.

This morning when I started up Firefox it had a pop-up about the new profiles feature, asking to create a new profile. Just out of curiosity I clicked the create profile button to see what the interface would look like. Since I didn't actually want to create the profile I hit the delete button, but nothing happened. So I closed the window. I then tried delete the new profile (then called "Profile 1") by hitting the trash can from the choose profiles screen. Still nothing happens. At this point my original profile window is still open, but I close everything to restart Firefox in hopes that it will allow me to delete this profile I never wanted to begin with.

The Choose profile window comes up, I select original profile and nothing happens. I can open the new "Profile 1", which I have since labelled "Bad Profile".

D:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles doesn't appear to have my original profile anywhere.

I'm deeply concerned this beta feature I never asked for has deleted my original profile when it should have deleted the new profile.

I am having an issue with my Bluetooth headphones (Sennheiser HD 450BT) in Firefox on Windows 11.

The headphones are properly connected to Windows and work correctly with other browsers (Edge, Chrome).

Windows shows the headphones as the default output device (stereo), and test sounds play through them.

However, in Firefox, the audio does not go through the headphones. Instead, it plays very loudly through the laptop speakers.

The problem started today; there were no issues for about a year.

I have tried reconnecting/reinstalling the headphones, but it did not help. Drivers are also up to date.

Could you please advise how to make Firefox correctly use my Bluetooth headphones as the audio output device?

The problem is, it works haphazardly. Even if my default for all web sites is "Block Audio and Video", on some web sites (not all) embedded videos still start playing as soon as they scroll into viewport.

Some have adviced to delve into about:config and set media.autoplay.blocking_policy to 2 (default is 0) and, based on quick testing, that actually seems to help but why exactly does it help? If privacy settings already have a setting to block autoplay, why does that particular configuration change make it work as it is supposed to work?

Running Floorp 12.5.0 (Firefox offshoot) on Win11, if that helps.

Feature suggestion for Firefox browser auto-hide toolbar & vertical tabs (column): The top toolbar & vertical tabs stay hidden and are revealed (expanded) when the cursor touches the top (toolbar) and left (vertical tabs) edge of the column when collapsed.

2 issues, first it asks me for my password over and over again until I am so angry I could scream! First my password but then oh surprise the password is wrong so I reset it and it asks for my recovery key so I go look for my recovery key and find it and copy then enter it and thats wrong. Then I look and I am fucking signed in any way! WHAT THE HELL! GOOGLE you make so much money and your destroying the planet with your tech so why can't you figure out this stupid shit already...COME ON!! 2nd, WHY ARE MY DOWNLOADS NOT GOING ONTO MY DOWNLOADS FOLDER! I am not a tech idiot!!! BTW I am an advanced user so if I am having a hard time it's because your software is garbage!!! Seriously I just need my downloads to download...That should be so easy!!! Same as password management...It should not be hard for you of all company's the least you could do for your users are these simple and small things! I am on Windows 10 Pro (extended to Oct 2026) and use the Firefox profile manager at startup since I have more than one profile. Today (11/12/2025) I attempted to start Firefox and the profile manager window would not populate. the window was blindingly white on my dark background. I closed and restarted umpteen times but it refused relentlessly. I was about to uninstall firefox and then decided to see if I had actually installed it on any of my mobile devices. And indeed I had it on my ancient Apple iPhone 7+. And it was synced! I refreshed the sync and indeed it picked up my most recent activity from last night. All tabs were synced. To make sure I had another synced copy I also installed it on my iPad. I synchronized this too and suddenly my desktop browser started working again.

I don't know what caused the lockup of the Profile Manager but I am afraid it might happen again. What causes this and what can I do to regain control without having to reinstall? I am a researcher and I have over 1000 tabs open.
