I recently fully switched over to Firefox, outside a few minor things it's working beautifully. However since a few weeks i'm having huge problems with the text-fields within the browser, like Google Search and various other sites. I switched from Stable to Beta, no luck. To prove it still exists, I used the nightly build. It deletes whole pieces of text when pressing space and when backspacing the word sometimes returns. It's very unusual behaviour, but other browsers dont have it.

I'm using a Pixel 9 Pro, latest update (BP1A.250505.005.C1). I tried with Google Keyboard and Microsoft Swiftkey, both give the same issues and it's honestly not usable anymore for me. Below there is a screen recording showing the issue.

Dear Support:

Much earlier, I changed the screen from a Light Background and Dark Text in my Mozilla Browser to a Dark Background with Light Text. (Mostly I'm concerned with using my emailer.)

Today, I'd prefer the original configuration for various reasons. Unfortunately, I've completely forgotten the commands to bring this about. To date, no amount of searching brings success.

Can you help me?

Windows 10 Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

I got a new PC with Windows 11. I installed Thunderbird 136.0.1 , activated the private calendar, and entered events there. For events with a reminder that have a specific duration (e.g., Wednesday from 10 AM to 11 AM), I receive notifications. However, when I create a full-day event and want to be reminded, for example, 1 day before, I don't receive any notification. Additionally, events with a reminder are not shown in bold in the calendar overview (whether they have a specific duration or are all-day events). Can you please help me?

La barre d'adresse du navigateur devient flottante soudainement et sans raison. Et la page du site visité anvhi tout l'écran, faisant disparaître aussi la barre de tâches. C'est très gênant et pour faire en sorte que tout redevienne fixe, je dois tout fermer et relance firefox. Existe-t-il un moyen d'éviter cela ? Merci de votre réponse.

When I start typing in the URL bar a search engine drop down appears. I do not want that to happen because when I do the URL text moves. I have turned off every search setting that I could find on the settings page, as well as trying various settings in about config.

Win 10, v22H2, OS was just updated.

Hotmail.com can no longer be accessed properly, displays error message, Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. If one accepts the security risk, one can then proceed to Hotmail.

BUT outlook.live.com takes you directly to Hotmail.

Why??

Is MS trying to make me change email services??

Something went wrong and I cannot do much. I reset my password but I still cannot enter a new password to enable me to continue. It will not let me see new emails in a netnet.net account. How do I enter a new password?

I have no idea what just happened. I went to log off a website and a notification popped up that said "Check browser's developer console". I searched here for "developer console" and there were 0 results. I did log off after the 2nd try so it's no big deal but I'm just wondering what that notification meant. It sounds kind of serious. What did it mean? Thanks!

There was an update today on my PC laptop, I think from FireFox. After the restart, my bookmarks have all disappeared. The instructions to restore them are useless. I go through Menu/Bookmarks/Manage Bookmarks/Import and Backup/Restore/Choose File. THERE ARE NO FILES TO CHOOSE FROM. According to the instructions, there should be some dated entries. Nada.

I tried the Troubleshooting blahblah and that was equally useless.

I'm panicking that I've lost years of carefully organized bookmarks.

Every time I open Mozella the above pops up, I can still receive and send emails and every thing seems to work ok, not being computer savvy should I be concerned? Any help and suggestions would be great Many thanks Charmayne

The past couple of months have seen a couple of updates to the Firefox browser, on both my Samsung tablet and phone. I have noticed that, as a result, the Firefox browser has become less stable than before. I have been using it for well over a decade without any problems. The primary website visited is ProFootballTalk, mostly the 'Rumor Mill' section of the website. The first page is fine. However, when I check additional pages, I begin to experience delays, followed by jumping around to the top or bottom of the new or previous page, and sometimes even going to older versions previously viewed.

Initially, I had thought that, maybe, it could be the website causing these problems. However, it was suggested to me to try a different browser. So I downloaded the 'DuckDuckGo' app, to check as a comparison. I have not been experiencing this issue with the new browser.

i made the chrome folder, checked the names of everything, everything seem correct? what am i doing wrong?
