Tabs no longer saved on quit, browser.tabs.warnOnClose, browser.warnOnQuit, browser.warnOnRestart, browser.showQuitWarning are all set to true

just started happening out of the blue...

nevermind, fixed it with a full reset, oddly it managed to find the tabs I'd thought I'd lost...
