I think I am going to dump Firefox for I.E. because there are repeated flash issues with Firefox. What's the deal? Mic
Seems every time there is a flash update, FF won't work with it or can not load it's main bundle.

you can download the flashplayer plugin for firefox from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (unchack the option to install the bundled software program)

maybe the current flash installation got corrupted - you might want to try fully removing it with the installer provided at http://download.macromedia.com/pub/fl.../uninstall_flash_player_64bit.exe & install it again afterwards.
Well, I've been down this road before, and this will work ---until the next update. It's just too time consuming to deal with Firefox because of this. I keep waiting for them to fix this problem where every flash update initiates a Firefox issue. I think I'm pretty much done. Too bad, 'cause I used to love Firefox.
