Why does my laptop not respond after i opened Firefox? It only happened recently because i have been using firefox for long time but did not face any problem like this
it just stopped respond and i need to reboot again,i have try for several time but it still the same when i open Firefox but i have no problem when opening other web browser

Hey sandyclaw,
Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the freeze doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
