When I open my yahoo email accoutn on firefox I get an undesireable message showing up on yahoo That doesn't show up when I open my account on IE. When it shows up, I can neither open nor block this. Any help?
I get a tab on yahoo email that flashes and says "babyjennyvfzf sent you a message" when I click on the tab it will never open, just shows the "loading" icon and when I X it out, it re-appears. I opened on IE and left it overnight and it never happened. Opened on Firefox and there it is again. Tried restarting, same results.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
