How do I import bookmarks from IE with Firefox 4 beta updated to 7?

I want to import the bookmarks from ie9 to mozilla firefox 7 updated from the set up Mf beta 4. I read in an article that it is clicking on import from the menu file, but I checked and in this version (7) does not appear that option.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback it was accurate but import HTML does not appear, it is directly from Import & Backup > to Import Data from Another Browser.
