I can't open a new tab. how do I fix this?
I see the tab button to open a new window. It does nothing when I press it. I read all the troubleshooting and nothing works. I work with multiple tabs so I need this fixed asap.

This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)
Your system details show that toolbar in the user agent as AskTbSTC/3.11.3.15590
