I cannot open tabs. The only time it works is when I click on a link on one page, and it opens another tab. However, "Cntrl T" does not work, nor does any of the other methods for opening a new tab.
When I try "Ctrl t", no tab opens up. Going through "File, New tab" also does not work, and when i click on the "new tab" "+" sign next to the current tab, nothing happens.
How do I fix this?

Uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and Firefox that prevents new tabs from being opened.
