The new tab buttons arent working anymore and the only way to open one is with a link and i cant browse the web anymore on different tabs how do i fix this
i cant open any new tabs so i can only be on 1 page at a time, the + sign for tab only flashes blue when i click it and doesnt open.

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:
- Check the Windows Control panel for the Ask Toolbar - http://about.ask.com/apn/toolbar/docs/default/faq/en/ff/index.html#na4
- Also check your list of extensions, you may be able to uninstall it from there - https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+add-ons
thanks.... altho a little late lol was gettin tired of the ask toolbar poppin up everytime i restarted firefox cuz i use google so when i uninstalled it was normal again. just couldnt delete the question!!
