Sounds like a Javascript issue. I had gre/components/nsSessionStore.js.2877 message. Went to Java website www.java.com, ran the Free Java Download, and it will automatically detect if your PC has the current version (Version 6 Update 26). It will also detect if you have older versions that should be uninstalled (it will tell you the file names), and how to remove via Control Panel. After removal, you will need to restart your system. I had to remove two older versions, and no longer get the message.

That looks like a problem with session restore.
It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Hi
I use Firefox 4.0.1 and session manager 0.7.6.1 At Firefox startup I get the following error:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: resource://gre/components/nsSessionStore.js:2953
Both reisnatll java and deleting the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak did not help.
Any ideas new ? Thanks, -- Amit.
