I cannot hear any audio or video comong from any website, like Youtube or Kelby training, any ideas?
In the past couple of days I lost all my online audio on FF. Is there a switch or something I may have disabled that can cause this or was it the latest upgrade????
As I said it just happened in the last few days........

You can click the Volume icon on the Windows Taskbar near the clock and click the Mixer link at the bottom to open the mixer.
You can adjust the volume level for each application in that window, so make sure that Firefox is not muted or set at a low level.
You will only see the Firefox program in the Mixer if you are on a website that plays sound.

I too suddenly lost sound in Firefox only after using a headset one afternoon. Went through all the settings... sound worked flawlessly thoughout my entire system (IE9 had sound). The only exception was Firefox. Starting researching and found this simple fix that worked for me.
START>RUN> type in sndvol
For some reason when I brought up the mixer from my taskbar it only showed one mixer for the speakers and did not show the Firefox mixer or the Windows Sound mixer. Doing the above brought up both of these and they were muted!!! My sound is back without a lot of hassle other than the research time.
I hope this helps someone else. I know these types of problems can cause a lot of grief and lost time.
