Issues with 3.6.8, yahoo messenger and plug-in containers running processor @ 100% since Adobe uodate
Since I updated Adobe, when I run Yahoo messenger, Firefox the processor speed runs up to 100% . Plug In Container is one of the processes that runs up to the top of the list. If I kill Yahoo or Plug In Container, processor will drop down to the normal 10%ish.

You seem to be having a problem with Shockwave Flash. Please contact Adobe for support. Also, make sure it's up to date. Yours isn't.
