Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (200 KB) and do not click Preview after you have attached the image.

I am incredulous that Firefox personnel do not know what I am talking about.

They produce a web site and invite you to support your football team but don't tell you how to do it.

We are all uncompensated volunteers here to help other users. There are no Mozilla/Firefox employees here.

Please provide a link. It could be a scam. If you register on a scam site, you could be giving away personal information and/or subjecting yourself to a malware infection.
